Navitas Organics Cacao Powder is made from pressing Cacao Nibs into a paste and then drying that to a powder. Pressing the nibs into a paste further concentrates the minerals and antioxidants—and deepens both the pure Cacao taste and color.
Navitas Organics Cacao Powder is easy to use. Simply substitute 1:1 in any recipe that calls for baking cocoa, including baked treats, homemade chocolates or hot chocolate.
